Use of our website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in a way that breaches any law, infringes anyone else’s rights, or interferes with how it runs or with its security.
Quotes and services
What you read here is general information about what we build. It is not a formal quote and it is not engineering advice for your site. Any quote we give follows a site assessment and is governed by the terms set out in that quote.
Capacities, dimensions and lead times shown on this site are indicative. Tanks are built to order, so the specification that matters is the one on your quote and drawings. Pricing and product availability can change.
Compliance and standards
We build to the standards named on each page, including AS1940 for flammable and combustible liquids and ISO 22241 for AdBlue, and we hand over the compliance documentation with the installation. Meeting those standards does not remove your own obligations as the site operator: local approvals, environmental conditions, operator training and ongoing inspection remain yours.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photographs, drawings, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Tanks On Site and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
