What a fuel management system does
Bulk fuel on site is an asset that walks. Without a system, the tank is a hole that diesel goes into and nobody can say with confidence which vehicle took what, or whether the deliveries match the dispensing.
A fuel management system closes that gap. The driver identifies themselves with a PIN, RFID tag or key fob, the vehicle is identified, and the transaction is recorded. Tank level monitoring runs alongside it, so the fuel coming in is reconciled against the fuel going out automatically rather than by hand.
